Brittany Banton Geiling has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Brittany is currently the Director of Operations at Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Fringe, a marketplace of lifestyle benefits, from November 2021 to September 2023. Before that, they worked at Subject Matter, where they served as the Chief of Staff from July 2017 to November 2021 and as the Director of Executive Communications and Process Improvement from December 2015 to July 2017. Brittany also worked as a Senior Advisor at The Advisory Board Company from August 2014 to December 2015 and as an Administrative Resident at Riverside Health System from June 2013 to July 2014. Brittany started their professional career as an intern at different departments in Bon Secours Health System from May 2008 to May 2013.

Brittany completed their undergraduate studies at James Madison University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration.
