Sandeep K has extensive experience in talent acquisition, starting from their role as Analyst at Alp Management Consultant Pvt. Ltd in 2006. Sandeep then worked as a Recruiter at Juniper Networks from 2008 to 2011. Sandeep then joined Flipkart.com as Lead/Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition and served for five years. Following that, they worked at Swiggy as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2016 to 2018, and then as General Manager - Talent Acquisition from 2018 to 2019. Sandeep then moved to Vedantu as Head of Talent Acquisition from 2019 to 2022. Sandeep further joined Dunzo as Head of Talent Acquisition from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Sandeep is serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at ALLEN Digital.

Sandeep K completed an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, Sandeep K obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Sri Krishnadevaraya University.
