Shrishti has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Lead - Sales Operations at ALLEN Digital. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager Strategy at BYJU'S. Shrishti also gained experience as a Senior Revenue Analyst at Teachmint and as an Associate Vice President at Stones2Milestones, where they made significant contributions in improving client onboarding experience and implementing standardized automation procedures. Shrishti also served as a Fellow at Teach For India, where they played a crucial role in addressing educational inequity. Shrishti has also worked in various other roles, such as Project Lead at Camp Diaries, Associate at EXL, Trainee at Neetee Clothing Pvt Ltd, Joint Coordinator at academique, and Teaching Intern at Nirman Foundation.

Shrishti has a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany from Banaras Hindu University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2014.
