Tiffany Benford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tiffany started their career in 2007 as the Director of Quality Assurance at NanoScreen, where they implemented and maintained a quality management system compliant with ISO standards. Tiffany also oversaw daily operations, managed a lab technician team, and played a key role in obtaining ISO 9001 certification. Additionally, they managed software development projects and led software testing efforts.
In 2009, Tiffany established their own business, Tiffany Benford Photography, where they served as the Owner and Photographer.
Since 2016, Tiffany has been associated with LifeHikes®, a global professional training company. Tiffany initially joined as a Program Manager, responsible for managing various programs. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Director of Sales Operations, where they contributed to building a Connected Learning Ecosystem. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations, and their responsibilities are ongoing.
Tiffany Benford graduated from Francis Marion University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.

- In October 2022, they received a certification in GDPR from Wizer - Free Security Awareness Training.
- In October 2021, they completed a course on Data Analytics for Business Professionals from LinkedIn.
- In September 2021, they obtained certifications in Creating Your Sales Process, Sales Forecasting, and Sales Operations from LinkedIn.
- In February 2023, Tiffany completed training in DEI, Anti-Harassment, and Ethics Awareness from Wizer - Free Security Awareness Training. Additionally, they acquired an Introduction to Data Studio certification from Google Analytics Academy in February 2023.
