Rodney Kinney

Rodney Kinney, Principal Machine Learning Engineer at AI2, specializes in the intersection between science and engineering. He has lead the development of statistical models and the production systems that implement them at startups, Amazon Personalization, and Microsoft's Bing, working on problems that include A/B testing, search ranking for products and images, price prediction, and medical diagnosis. In the 20th century, he was a research scientist working on theories and computer modeling of astrophysical plasmas. He holds degrees in Physics from CalTech and UT Austin.
