Lawrence Dillon, MBA has over 25 years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, organizational change management, organizational design, process and journey optimization, digital transformation, supply chain and logistics optimization, educational transformation, and leadership advisory services.

Lawrence began their career in 1994 as a Manager of Management Consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, where they were an enterprise program manager for Continental Bank (later BankAmerica IL), and a technical architect and process engineer for GE Capital Mortgage Services. Lawrence was also one of six global methodology coaches for all 63,000 employees.

In 1996, they moved to A.T. Kearney as a Manager of Management Consulting, where they were an enterprise architect, global architect, and enterprise modeler for global manufacturing and global financial institutions. Lawrence was also a lead methodologist for two methodologies and one of five planning team leaders for the Strategic Information Technology Practice's (SITP) annual meeting of 300 consultants in Washington DC.

In 1998, they joined BroadVision, Inc. as the Global Practice Manager of Business Architecture and Process Engineering, Acting COO. Lawrence was responsible for creating and managing the global consulting group responsible for Business Architecture supporting e-commerce and digital businesses for BroadVision customers. Lawrence coined the term "Business Architecture" in 1999 at the Global BroadVision User Group (BVUG) annual conference.

In 2003, they moved to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas as the Chief Enterprise Architect (CEA), where they drove the global technical strategy for 2,700 IT professionals across 17 companies with a $14M budget and $640M spend.

In 2006, they joined Aramark as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Aramark Healthcare & Facilities Management, where they managed IT operations for a $2B healthcare and facilities business to support 3,200 healthcare provider facilities in North America.

In 2011, they joined RS Medical as the Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, and Chief Information Officer. As COO, they owned revenue cycle, all global manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, facility management, and IT, and had full accountability of operations and half of the Finance department. As Vice President, they managed a team of 575 and optimized to 245 in 18 months. As CIO, they initiated skill transformation from VB 6.0 to C# and Java, established ISO 13485 and 21CFR Part 11 capabilities within IT to meet compliance with laws, and architected/built digital solutions to reduce ERP complexity and create real-time integration flow with outsourcers.

In 2013, they joined ENKI, LLC as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer. ENKI is a business transformation consulting firm, and Lawrence provided organizational change management, organizational design, process and journey optimization, digital transformation, strategy, operational optimization, supply chain and logistics optimization, educational transformation, and leadership advisory services.

In 2014, they joined Pie as a Board of Advisor member.

In 2022, they joined Allen Interactions as an IT Strategy & Enterprise Architect.

Lawrence Dillon, MBA has an extensive education history. Lawrence holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business, a Bachelor of Science - BS in Management & Computer Programming from Keene State College, and an Associate of Science - AS in Computer Studies from Keene State College. Lawrence also holds a Certificate in Private Company Governance from the Private Directors Association\u00ae obtained in September 2022, an Insurance Producer License from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department obtained in February 2007, Producer Insurance Licenses from the Illinois Department of Insurance obtained in August 2003, and a Negotiations certification from Harvard Law School.
