Stephanie Qualls

Stephanie Qualls has a wealth of experience in business architecture and organizational change management. Stephanie began their career in 1994 as a Project Manager for Rhone-Poulenc, before moving on to become a Principal at A.T. Kearney in 1996. In 2000, Stephanie took on the role of Vice President at Celerant Consulting, and in 2006 they became Vice President of Program Development at Evolve Partners LLC. In 2013, Stephanie became a Partner at Hawk's Ridge Associates, where they worked to create a clear vision of success, understand the current situation, and launch the journey to continuous improvement. In 2019, Stephanie became Consulting Team Lead at Bridged Guyana, and in 2021 they joined ENKI, LLC as a Business Architect and Organizational Change Management Specialist, helping leaders build the business architecture to take advantage of new technical architectures and to establish the learning architecture needed to take the organization on the journey to enhance performance and realize results. Stephanie is currently a Business Architect and Organizational Change Management Specialist at Allen Interactions.

Stephanie Qualls obtained a BSChe in Engineering and Mathematics from Virginia Tech and an MBA from INSEAD.
