Kim Dawson

Kim Dawson is an accomplished Broker and REALTOR with extensive experience in the real estate industry since 2001. Currently serving at Allen Tate Realty since July 2021, Kim has held multiple leadership positions within the NC Association of REALTORS®, including President and roles in various committees. With credentials such as CIPS, CRS, GRI, ABR, and SRES, Kim specializes in assisting clients throughout the home buying and selling process in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Educational achievements include a BSBA from Drake University and participation in the NC REALTORS Leadership Academy. Kim's commitment to excellence in real estate is further marked by induction into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame.
