Emma Fitzgerald

Emma Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and community engagement, currently serving as the Sustainability and Community Engagement Senior Manager at Allens since May 2002. Over the years, Emma has held various roles including Sustainability and Community Engagement Manager, Manager of Legal Project Management, and Environmental Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the environmental program and commitments at Allens. Emma also functioned as a Senior Associate in Risk & Compliance, focusing on ethics, governance, and compliance across offices in Australia and Asia. In 2016, Emma contributed as a Corporate Secondee to Miwatj Health through a partnership with Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships, developing a knowledge management strategy for the organization. Additionally, Emma has experience as a Sustainability Consultant. Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from The University of Queensland, as well as a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from UNSW.
