Melissa Dorey has a diverse background in various roles including Sales Consultant, Customer Research, Campaign Manager, and National Sales Manager. With extensive experience in HR and Technology, Melissa has held titles such as Digital Experience Principal, Technology & Innovation in Human Resources, HR Continuous Improvement & Innovation Lead, Service Designer, and Retail Innovation & Rewards Lead. Currently, Melissa is the Head of People Operations and Insights at Allens, where Melissa is driving the Workday implementation program for the transformation of the People Experience and leading teams across Operations, Data, and Insights. Melissa is also pursuing a Bachelor of Creative Arts in Visual Arts at Deakin University.
