Simon Meijn

Simon Meijn currently serves as a Marketing & Communicatie Adviseur, Projectmanager, and Coach at Talland College, following the merger of Horizon College and Regio College in January 2024. Simon has experience as a Toezichthouder at Allente since January 2020, while also holding significant roles in education as a Marketing & Communicatie Adviseur and project manager at ROC Horizon College from August 1989 to January 2024. In local governance, Simon was a raadslid for the municipality of Koggenland in 2022. Additionally, Simon's involvement in cycling includes serving as President of the European Paracycling Commission and a board member of the Royal Dutch Cycling Union. Simon has also contributed to various supervisory boards, including Stichting de Blauwe Loper and Stichting Atrium, and has held administrative roles in educational institutions early in the career. Simon's educational background includes multiple communication courses and studies at Hogeschool Alkmaar.
