Naja Gissel Ørnbjerg serves as the HR Director and Head of People & Culture at Aller Media Denmark since August 2023, focusing on strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives during digital transformation. Prior to this role, Naja was the Head of Human Resources at Skau Reipurth, overseeing all HR functions on both strategic and operational levels. As a founding partner of People Executive, Naja specialized in executive search and recruitment, bringing extensive experience from previous roles as Managing Partner at IRC Global Executive Search Partners, Senior Management Consultant at People & Performance A/S, and HR Manager at Knowledge Cube A/S. Naja's educational background includes an MBA from Copenhagen Business School and advanced degrees in Business Administration from Aarhus University and Copenhagen Business School.
