Jen Duerr has a solid work history with diverse roles and responsibilities. Jen began their career at Johnson & Johnson in 2000, where they held roles such as Support Analyst, Sales Force Automation Coordinator, and Team Lead for Sales Systems. Jen successfully implemented long-term strategies and managed a team for sales systems and contract maintenance.

In 2007, Jen worked as a Sales Analyst at Johnson & Johnson, providing valuable insights and data analysis. Jen then served as a Manager of Business Analytics at Johnson & Johnson from 2008 to 2009, where they were responsible for providing market and business performance information to the leadership team. Most recently, Jen worked at Allergan Aesthetics, starting in 2015 as a Senior Manager of Commercial Operations before transitioning to a Manager of Training and Development role in 2018. Jen'sresponsibilities included leading an internal compliance audit, stakeholder management, and senior leadership engagement. Now, as the Head of Customer Experience, they continue to contribute their expertise to the company.

Jen Duerr holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Business Administration and Management from York University, which they obtained in 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Trent University from 1997 to 2000. In addition, Jen Duerr has obtained certifications such as the Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights in 2019 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2013.
