Sandy Tovar is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in the field. Sandy has worked at the Allergy and Asthma Center since July 1998, where Sandy currently holds the title of Doctor of Nursing Practice. Prior to that, Sandy worked at Harlingen Pediatrics Associates and the Children's Heart Institute of South Texas. Sandy is also a Certified Asthma Educator.
