Rachel Parker joined Allergy Research Group in May of 2019. She headed the formalization of the HR Department, and Recruiting for ARG, as it transitioned from Alameda, CA to Salt Lake City, UT. She is an experienced Human Resources Professional with over 20 years’ experience, with a demonstrated history of working in various industries. She is skilled in Employee Relations, Legal Compliance, HR Policies, Compensation & Benefits, and Recruiting. She holds a SHRM-SCP Certification (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) along with a Bachelor of Science in Business - Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
