Brian Mears

Brian Mears has extensive experience in healthcare leadership and anesthesia, serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health from October 2017 to July 2024. Prior to this role, Brian Mears completed a distinguished career in the US Army as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from January 1997 to May 2021. Other notable positions include CRNA roles at Premier Anesthesia and Southern Regional Anesthesiology Consultants, as well as Chief CRNA at NorthStar Anesthesia, P.A. Brian Mears also served as a Professor of CRNA at Wolford College. Academic credentials include a Master's degree and Doctor's degree in Nurse Anesthesia from Keiser University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
