Margaret Schneider, Alley’s Director of Editorial Projects, is a Certified ScrumMaster who leads the company’s editorial strategy practice, working with companies to understand their workflow needs, guide them through the redesign and redevelopment process, and ensure teams are confident users of their new CMS. She has worked on some of the most complex WordPress publishing projects on the web, for clients such as the New York Post, the Kaiser Family Foundation, the Neiman Health Policy Institute, Digital First Media, The New Republic, and the Center for Investigative Reporting.

Prior to Alley, Margaret accrued more than 10 years of experience managing online publishing projects. As managing editor of St. Louis Magazine, she handled an award-winning slate of print, book, and web projects and helped lead the staff through three digital redesigns and three print redesigns. She also played key roles in launching print and online publications such as AVID Magazine and MeFiMag, while writing and editing for outlets including Quartz, the Riverfront Times, Minneapolis City Pages, and WetFeet, Jungle Media, the Columbia Missourian, and UB Today.
