Elise V. S.

Elise V. S. has extensive work experience in legal and business development roles. Elise V. currently serves as the Vice President of Community Association Banking at Alliance Association Bank since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Arizona Realtor at Realty ONE Group starting in July 2019.

From 2016 to 2022, Elise worked at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. as Of Counsel, representing non-profit corporations in litigation and general counsel work. Elise V.'sresponsibilities included contract review and negotiation, enforcement of use restrictions, insurance defense, collections, bankruptcy filings, and providing legal advice on various corporate and real property issues.

Before that, they were the Director of Business Development at National Health Finance from June 2015 to June 2016. Elise V. helped expand the company's medical services on a lien for personal injury victims across the nation.

From 2013 to 2014, Elise served as Corporate Counsel & Business Development at 1st One-Hundred LLC. Elise V. played a key role in the development of business expansion and building relationships with attorneys and law firms nationwide.

Elise also had experience as Corporate Counsel & Regional Sales Manager at Red Rock Financial Services from February 2012 to June 2013. Elise started their career as an Associate at Carpenter Hazlewood, PLC from August 2004 to April 2007 and Myers & Jenkins, P.C. from August 2003 to August 2004. Elise V.'sresponsibilities included representing clients in litigation, conducting legal research, and preparing legal documentation.

Elise V. S. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Consumer Studies from the University of Arizona, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. Subsequently, they pursued their Juris Doctorate degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law, graduating in 2001.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Elise V. S. acquired a certification as a Lawyer from the State Bar of Arizona in October 2001.
