Benjamin Howes

Benjamin Howes is an experienced professional in the aviation and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Resource Planning at Alliance Airlines since July 2022. Previously, Benjamin held multiple roles at Virgin Australia from December 2018 to July 2022, including Business Process & Data Lead and Network Strategy Analyst. Prior to this, Benjamin worked as an Operations Officer at Jetstar Airways and as a Customer Service Supervisor at Woolworths Limited. Educationally, Benjamin is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Aviation (Management) and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Swinburne University of Technology, in addition to earlier qualifications from St Patrick's College and the University of Ballarat.
