Michael Wilbur has over 23 years of work experience in the IT field. Michael began their career in 1997 as an IT Assistant at Turf Valley Resort, where they provided end-user PC support and software training throughout the resort, performed routine checks, upgrades, removals and installations on hardware and network peripherals, and supported Property Management Software (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) software. In 2000, they joined MICROS Systems Inc. as a Lead Implementation Specialist/Client Support Analyst. Michael then moved to SoftMed S.A.S. in 2003, where they served as a Client Support Technical Lead. In 2005, they became the Owner/Consultant of Xpress Technical Services. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Director of Information Technology at AcademicCME. Michael then worked as an IT Manager at Winnie Co, LLC from 2011 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Alliance Business Technologies Inc. as an MSP Operations Manager and in 2022, they became the IT Manager and Cloud Systems/NetSuite Administrator at B. Green & Co. Inc.
Michael Wilbur attended St. John's at Prospect Hall from 1992 to 1996 and received a High School Diploma. In 2003, they attended UMBC Catonsville and completed a CISCO Academy.
