Nohe Torres

Nohe Torres currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, focusing on customer service and support throughout the employee lifecycle while assisting HR Managers with compliance and record-keeping. Previously, Nohe managed daily operations as an Assistant Property Manager at Airbnb, overseeing budgets and guest stays, and earned the super host title. Experience also includes serving as the Vice President of Recruitment and Memberships for the Latino Business Association, where innovative recruiting tactics led to a significant increase in membership diversity. Early career roles as a Barista at Starbucks and an Administrative Assistant at Our Lady of The Holy Rosary involved training staff and managing student records, respectively. Nohe holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from California State University, Northridge, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the same institution.
