Sasha Shakes

Sasha Shakes is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Bridgeport Public Schools since December 2022, while also working as a Child Development Specialist at Alliance For Community Empowerment since March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Preschool Teacher at Alliance For Community Empowerment from July 2018 to May 2022 and as a Teacher from 2010 to 2012. Sasha Shakes holds a Master of Science in Education from Walden University (2019-2021), a B.A. in General Studies with a focus on Counselor Education from International University of the Caribbean (2012-2014), and a Diploma in Teaching in Early Childhood Education from Sam Sharpe Teachers College (2007-2010).
