Sylvia Ang is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at the Alliance for Financial Inclusion since October 2021, Sylvia leads strategic HR initiatives focusing on compensation and benefits, performance management, and workforce engagement on a global scale. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at AFI, where talent management and performance processes were emphasized, Human Resources Executive at Advantech, where compliance with Malaysian Employment Laws was ensured, and Senior HR Generalist at Camel Power (M) Sdn Bhd, responsible for establishing foundational HR policies. Sylvia began a career in the airline industry as an HR & Admin Executive, providing in-flight services as a cabin crew member. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University, completed in 2015.
