Alliance Francaise de Kuala Lumpur - The official French cultural and language center in Malaysia, since 1961.

AFKL is a non-profit educational and cultural organisation, affiliated to the international network of Alliance Française; with more than 800 chapters in 135 countries, the Alliance Française is the world’s largest cultural network.

It is directed by a board made up of local personalities from the fields of culture, education and business.

We aim at promoting exchanges between French and Malaysian, through the discovery of language and francophone cultures, in order to develop mutual understanding and emphasise cross-cultural relations.

Our mission is to give the opportunity to all public to expand their linguistic and cultural consciousness by offering French classes using innovative and high-standard methodologies and materials as well as programming cultural and artistic events in all disciplines.

Alliance Francaise de Kuala Lumpur is an approved training provider of Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) under the Ministry of Human Resources. We conduct training under training schemes that are approved by PSMB.

As a recognised examination centre for France Education International and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris, we organise official French proficiency certificates and diplomas (DELF-DALF, TCF, TEF, DFP).

At the AKL , you'll find :
