Stephanie Manning is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, people and culture management, and strategic HR advisory capabilities. Currently serving as GM People & Culture at Alliance Group Limited since September 2021, Stephanie previously held significant roles at Canterbury District Health Board and Macquarie Group, where responsibilities included leading HR and employee relations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Stephanie's legal background as a Barrister and Solicitor, complemented by academic achievements including a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Otago, enhances expertise in navigating complex employment issues. Additionally, experience at Lewis Silkin and Simpson Grierson further solidifies capacity in employment law and organizational development.
