Susan Lugones, PMP, has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Alliance Health since April 2018. In this role, Susan oversees a team of seven project managers, ensuring the successful execution and coordination of cross-functional initiatives while managing requirements, planning, and communications. Previously, Susan held positions as a Project Coordinator at TMEIC, focusing on large-scale commercial contracts, and as a Contract Specialist III at ATK, handling various contract types with significant annual values. Additional experience includes working at Lockheed Martin as a Sr. Engineering Planner/Cost and Schedule Analyst, where Susan developed financial analyses for a $2 billion Federal Government contract. Susan Lugones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Sociology from Virginia Tech.
