Jon Mainhart

Jon Mainhart is a Support Engineer at Alliance InfoSystems. Jon has previous experience working as a Service Desk Analyst at Tek systems global services and a Readiness Agent at Prometric.

Jon Mainhart attended TESST College of Technology-Towson, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Jon then went on to earn their certification from CompTIA in CompTIA A+, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Security+. Jon is currently working towards their CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification.

Jon Mainhart works with Tj Williams - Support Engineer, Josh Carpenter - Security Engineer, and Sam Anzures - Support Engineer. Their manager is Tom Mccadden, EVP & CTO.
