Heidi Baez

Heidi Baez has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Financial Analyst & Internal Audit team member at Alcoa from 2000 to 2004. In this role, they focused on cost control activities and improved the monthly closing process.

From 2004 to 2009, Heidi worked as the New Business Development controller Europe at Alcoa, where they assessed financial aspects of projects and implemented cost control measures.
