Josh Vanden Busch

Josh Vanden Busch is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC since March 2022, Vanden Busch previously held several positions at WPS Health Solutions, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Partner, and HR Business Partner, from May 2018 to March 2022. Prior HR experience includes a role at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison as HR Business Partner and a tenure at Target as Executive Team Leader - Human Resources, during which Vanden Busch also acted as HR District Resource and trained new team leaders. Vanden Busch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2012.
