Kittiphan Katuang-Ngan

Kittiphan Katuang-ngan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and product development within the appliance industry. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager for Asia/Pacific at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC since February 2018, Kittiphan oversees critical departments, including Aftersales Technical Support and Warranty. Previously, Kittiphan held various roles at Electrolux from December 2007 to January 2018, including Senior Product Care Engineer, where responsibilities included cost reduction projects and supplier evaluations. Kittiphan also has a robust background in product development with experience in designing and launching washing machines. The career began at Siam Compressor Industry as an Electrical Group Leader and R&D Engineer from March 2003 to November 2007. Kittiphan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok.
