Stephen Bodmann

Stephen Bodmann has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial and operations sectors. Stephen started their career in 1996 as an Account Credit Manager at John Deere Financial Division. Over the years, they held several positions including Business Process Improvement Manager and Process Consultant, where they focused on process management activities and facilitated senior leadership trainings. Stephen also served as the International Business Manager for Consumer Products, responsible for growing sales and market share in the consumer lawn care equipment industry. Bodmann later became the Manager of C&CE Order Fulfillment for Region 2, overseeing forecasting and ensuring product availability within the EAME region. Stephen was then promoted to Manager of Region 2 Order Fulfillment, where they managed the distribution strategy for complete goods and led satellite operations in Turkey and the UK. In 2010, Bodmann was promoted to Director Wholesale Credit at John Deere Bank S.A., where they were accountable for a portfolio of loans, leases, and trade receivables from John Deere dealers across Europe. In 2018, they joined Alliance Laundry Systems LLC as the Director of Global Financing Services and later became the Vice President, Treasurer & Global Financial Services.

Stephen Bodmann attended Cooperative State University Mannheim from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Diplombetriebswirt (BA) with a focus on General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations.
