Dale Woodman

Dale Woodman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the finance and banking industry. Dale started their career as a Finance Officer at CABE in 2002 and then worked as an Assistant Accountant at Advent Venture Partners from 2005 to 2007. Dale then joined Unicorn Asset Management as an Accountant/Fund Administrator from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Business Manager until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at HSBC, first as a Finance Business Partner and then as a Product Manager. Dale then returned to Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Product Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Santander UK as the Head of Product & Proposition since October 2019, after previously holding the position of Product Lead from 2018 to 2019.
