Alexander Tol has a comprehensive work experience in the machinery industry. Alexander started their career in 1989 at Serco Holland as a Field Service and Installation Engineer, providing technical support and planning visits for service engineers. Alexander then worked as a Service Engineer, handling parts, visits, and machine upgrades. In 2003, Alexander joined Alliance Machine Systems Europe as a Quality Engineer, responsible for testing and checking equipment before shipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Alexander later transitioned to the role of Service Office Engineer, providing customer support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for Alliance equipment. Most recently, they served as the Product Owner and Project Manager, managing and researching changes to front-end machinery, leading new projects, and collaborating with customers worldwide.
Alexander Tol attended Eckart College Eindhoven from 1977 to 1983. Then, from 1983 to 1987, they studied Werktuigbouwkunde at Middelbare Technische School.
