Prior to that, they attended Sint-Amandusinstituut Gent from 1989 to 1995. In terms of professional development, Kristof completed a Fellowship program called McKinsey x The Marketing Academy - From CMO to CEO at The Marketing Academy in 2022. Kristof also participated in the IRG100 Leadership Program at the Institute for Real Growth from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, in 2016, they attended INSEAD for a course on M&A and Corporate Strategy.
