Kristof Neirynck has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the beauty and consumer healthcare industry. Kristof is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Avon, overseeing operations in multiple countries and managing a large number of associates and independent representatives. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director of Western Europe at Avon, responsible for brand strategy, innovation, marketing operations, and customer experience. Additionally, Kristof has held executive positions at Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited and Effie Worldwide, and served as a Board Member at General Assembly. Kristof also has a strong background in marketing and brand management, having worked as the Chief Marketing Officer for Global Brands at Walgreens Boots Alliance and in various roles at Procter & Gamble. Furthermore, they have a history of involvement in non-profit organizations and has founded and served as Vice-President for ZambiAid vzw. Kristof holds extensive experience in various leadership positions and industries.
Kristof Neirynck completed their education with a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering from Ghent University, which they obtained from 1995 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Sint-Amandusinstituut Gent from 1989 to 1995. In terms of professional development, Kristof completed a Fellowship program called McKinsey x The Marketing Academy - From CMO to CEO at The Marketing Academy in 2022. Kristof also participated in the IRG100 Leadership Program at the Institute for Real Growth from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, in 2016, they attended INSEAD for a course on M&A and Corporate Strategy.
