Michael McGrath

Michael McGrath is a seasoned professional in pipeline performance and compliance, currently serving as a Pipeline Performance and Compliance Specialist at Enbridge since June 2018. Prior to this role, McGrath was the Team Leader for Pipeline Performance and Compliance at Alliance Pipeline from January 2007, overseeing compliance with PHMSA and NEB regulations for 2,400 miles of high-pressure natural gas transmission pipelines in the U.S. McGrath's experience also includes serving as Chief Engineer at the Minnesota Office of Pipeline Safety from September 1988 to 2007, where responsibilities included developing and managing pipeline safety programs and supervising technical staff. Earlier in McGrath's career, pipeline construction inspection duties were performed as an Inspector at Minnegasco from April 1984 to November 1988. McGrath holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Engineering Technology from St. Cloud State University, obtained between 1982 and 1987.
