Justin Donaldson

Mr. Donaldson is responsible for managing the development process and sourcing new investment opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region, which includes site selection, land sale purchase negotiation for ground up development, capitalization, and management of the entitlement, design, and construction processes. Mr. Donaldson started in the real estate industry in 2012 working in consulting for multifamily developers on site evaluation and market feasibility analysis. In 2017 he joined JBG Smith as part of the Development Team. While with JBG Smith, he worked on numerous mixed-use projects which totaled over 1,000 apartments and 6 million square feet of office and retail, including Amazon’s HQ2.

Mr. Donaldson received a BA in Finance from Miami University (OH) and a Master’s in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University.
