Michael Callahan

Michael Callahan is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Construction at Alliance Residential Company. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Holland Partner Group, The Opus Group, Weis Builders, Opus West Corporation, and The Weitz Company. With a BS in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, Michael has managed a variety of projects ranging from mixed-use developments to high-rise apartment complexes. Their expertise includes overseeing entitlements, design, preconstruction, budgeting, and scheduling for large-scale construction projects.
