Sean Morgan

Sean Morgan completed his BBA at Texas Christian University in 2006 before beginning employment at Witten Advisors, a multifamily market research company. In 2007, Sean joined Moran & Company as an investment sales analyst and spent the next ten and a half years there moving into a transaction role in 2009. While at Moran & Company, Sean worked on the sale and/or equity capitalization of over $4.0B in multifamily assets while underwriting and analyzing another $2.0B in valuations. During this tenure, Sean completed his MBA at Southern Methodist University with a focus on real estate and corporate finance. In 2018, Sean moved into multifamily development at Southern Land Company as the Director of Site Acquisitions covering the four major Texas markets, Kansas City and Las Vegas. Sean joined Alliance Residential in 2019 as a Development Director with a specialization in site acquisition and capital markets.

Outside of Alliance, Sean Morgan is heavily involved ULI, serving in numerous volunteer positions and working as a chairperson on the North Texas Center for Leadership Committee. Sean is also a member of TREC and NMHC and serves on the Oak Lawn Committee, a neighborhood organization that has significant zoning influence in the Uptown, Turtle Creek and Oak Lawn neighborhoods of Dallas.
