Hillary Sutton has extensive work experience in marketing, communications, and brand management. Hillary currently holds the position of Vice President of Marketing at Alliance Safety Council, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Well-Ahead Louisiana, where they held various roles including Division Manager for Health Communications and Communications Coordinator. In these roles, Hillary led brand management and marketing strategy for multiple programs and managed a team responsible for developing and implementing communication initiatives. Hillary also worked as a Marketing Representative at Prison Enterprises and as a Communications Coordinator at Baton Rouge Area Sports Foundation. Additionally, Hillary has experience as a Content Creator at The Coudrain Group and as a Research Supervisor at LSU Public Policy Research Lab. Hillary started their career in the food industry, working as a Server, Trainer, and Marketing/Special Events Assistant at Santa Fe Cattle Company and as a Server at Chili's Bar and Grill. Hillary also worked as a Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Party Host at Jump N Jive. Hillary's diverse work experience demonstrates their expertise in marketing, communications, and leadership.

Hillary Sutton earned a Master's Degree in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, with a focus on Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications, at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Level II from A3 Healthcare LLC in August 2022.
