Brad Phillips

Brad Phillips is currently working as a Principal and Senior Scientist at Alliance Technical Group since December 2022 and at GBMc & Associates since January 2021. With over 20 years of experience as an environmental consultant, he has a primary focus on environmental and routing support for linear projects. Brad previously worked as a Senior Project Manager at GBMc & Associates for almost 20 years. He also served as a Senior Scientist at the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service from April 2008 to April 2009. Brad holds a Master of Science (MS) in Soil Science and Agronomy from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
