Carlos Gutiérrez

Carlos Gutiérrez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carlos'smost recent role was as a Sales Representative at Alliance Virtual Offices, starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Media & Advertising Account Executive at the same company from September 2021 to February 2023. Carlos also held the position of Sales Development Representative at Alliance Virtual Offices from October 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Alliance Virtual Offices, Carlos worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant at SERSA Seguridad Regiomontana from September 2019 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for social media content creation, strategy development, and analysis of digital KPIs.

Carlos started their career as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Mexico from February 2016 to January 2017. In this role, they provided technical support and billing/customer service for the satellite internet company HughesNet.

Before that, Carlos worked as a Verifier and Sales Representative at Global Telesourcing from April 2015 to September 2015, and as a Sales Representative at Tecsa Contact Center from November 2014 to January 2015.

Carlos Gutiérrez completed their education at the Universidad del Valle de México from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Mercadotecnia (Marketing). In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In December 2018, they earned a certification in Marketing Intelligence from Universidad del Valle de México. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in Management and Executive Competencies from the same institution. In March 2020, they received a Sales Diplomat certification from Universidad del Valle de México. Most recently, in October 2021, they earned a Digital Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy.
