Deanna Leighton

Deanna Leighton, CFA, currently serves as Vice President at AllianceBernstein since June 2022. Prior to this role, Deanna was a High Yield Portfolio Manager at AIG from July 2014 to June 2022 and gained initial experience as an Investments Intern at AIG in June 2013, where responsibilities included supporting the US High Yield Corporate Bond Portfolio Management Team with relative value analysis. Earlier internship experience includes a position as a Statistical Data Intern at the FDA in summer 2012 and a Research Assistant role at the University of Michigan School of Public Health from October 2011 to May 2012. Deanna completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish at the University of Michigan (2010-2014), following education at Choate Rosemary Hall (2006-2010).
