Jeff Panzer

Physician Innovator at AllianceChicago

Jeff Panzer is currently the Physician Innovator at AllianceChicago. Jeff has previously served as the Center Medical Director at both Harken Health and Iora Health. Jeff has also worked with the American Medical Association as a Senior Advisor for Professional Satisfaction and Practice Sustainability. In this role, they helped providers and teams across the country improve their practices. Prior to that, they were the Regional/QI Medical Director at Oak Street Health and a PCMH physician champion at Erie Family Health Center. Jeff has also served as a Clinical Instructor at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine.

Jeff Panzer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Pomona College. Jeff then attended Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine and earned their Doctor of Medicine. After completing their Family Medicine Residency Program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, they went on to earn their Master of Science in Healthcare Quality & Patient Safety from Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine.
