Vivian Moreno Barrett

Vivian Moreno Barrett is a seasoned professional in public health and program management, currently serving as Program Manager for Women and Child Health Programs at Cook County Health since July 2023. With extensive experience at AllianceChicago as a Consultant Research Manager, Vivian manages research projects, supervises teams, and provides case management for high-risk patients. Previous roles include Manager of Clinical Operations at Cano Health and Director of School Health Initiatives at the Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health, where significant contributions were made toward health equity and adolescent sexual health education.
