Jenny Thepkhounphithack

Jenny Thepkhounphithack is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retirement benefits counseling, life insurance, and military protocol. Currently serving as a Senior Retirement Benefits Counselor at CalPERS since August 2018, Jenny delivers comprehensive presentations on retirement coverage and health benefit laws while acting as a Subject Matter Expert within the Regional Office. Concurrently, Jenny has held a Senior Life Insurance Agent position at Alliance Group since October 2008, where customer-centric strategies have been developed and client relationships fostered. Prior military experience includes serving as a Protocol Assistant and Chemical Operations Specialist in the US Army from July 2002 to July 2006, coordinating official visits and conducting training for soldiers.
