Emily Hockensmith serves as the Director of Quality and Process Improvement at Free Market Health since August 2024. Previously, Emily held various roles at AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy, including Manager of Process and Insights, Data Governance Manager, Report Delivery Manager, Senior Process Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, and Quality Engineer, where significant contributions were made in process improvement, quality management, and data governance. Early professional experience includes positions at Mohawk Industries as Quality Supervisor and Process Engineer, where Emily implemented ISO quality standards and led various quality improvement projects. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
