Jay Pandya

Jay Pandya has been working in the IT industry since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a CCE at Aegis. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Service Engineer at Silver Touch Technologies Ltd, where they handled technical queries and issues remotely, coordinated with tech support teams, and managed records of users and assets in Excel. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Information Technology Engineer at Just Dial Limited, where they were responsible for asset configuration and call management and distribution. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Information Network and Security Engineer at Value Chain Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., where they provided technical support and coordinated procurement processes. Since 2019, they have been a Sr. System Engineer at AllianceTek, where they configure and manages Windows, Ubuntu, and CentOS servers, creates and configures virtual machines on VMWare and Hypervisor, and installs and configures MS Sql DB and instances.

Jay Pandya obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Gujarat University between 2009 and 2012. Jay then completed a Diploma in Hardware and Networking from Indian Institute of Hardware and Technologies between 2011 and 2012. In 2016, they obtained the ITIL Foundation 2011 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August. In 2017, they obtained Cloud U certification from Rackspace Cloud University in May. Finally, in 2019, they obtained the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification from Red Hat in February.
