Raissa de Boer

Raissa de Boer is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in project management and education. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Alliander since June 2022, Raissa leads a team focused on developing innovative IT tools to enhance energy transition efforts in the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Raissa managed significant projects at Fujitsu Nederland and Orange Cyber Defense, demonstrating expertise in overseeing multimillion-dollar initiatives. Raissa also works as a private Japanese tutor and has been an exhibitor for NHK at international broadcasting conferences since 2014. Holding master's degrees in Management and East Asian Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Leiden University, respectively, Raissa is also certified in PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile.
