Crystal Luna has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Crystal started their career at The BonTon Stores as a Lead Sales Associate and worked there from 1997 to 2006. Crystal then transitioned to Alliant Credit Union, where they held various leadership positions. Their most recent role at Alliant Credit Union is Director of Banking Operations, where they oversee all Operations and Money Movement functions. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Operations Support and Implementation and as a Manager of Operations Implementation. Crystal has also served as a Supervisor for Member Payment Operations and ATM & Payment Processing, and they started their career at Alliant Credit Union as a Fraud Analyst and an ATM & Debit Card Representative. Overall, Crystal Luna has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, project implementation, vendor management, risk mitigation, and fraud prevention throughout their career.

Crystal Luna earned a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management from DeVry University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which they obtained in May 2021. Crystal also holds a Yellow Belt Six Sigma Certification, acquired in May 2015, and a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in February 2021.
