Tracy Pratt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Tracy began their career as a Managing Editor at The Daily Register, where they supervised newsroom operations and implemented strategies to strengthen content and design. Tracy then worked as a Center Trainer and HR Representative at APAC Customer Services, conducting training sessions, tracking sales ratios, and handling recruitment and continuing education.
Tracy then moved into digital marketing roles, starting as the Owner/Chief Strategist at Kylo Interactive, where they provided consulting and strategy on digital marketing and content development. Tracy also worked at Henry Russell Bruce Advertising as the Director of Digital Strategy, leading the execution and management of digital projects and website initiatives.
Tracy later joined Amperage Marketing as the Director of Digital Strategy and Senior Digital Strategist, where they took on leadership roles in the execution and management of digital marketing projects and web strategies. Tracy also trained clients and sales staff on digital marketing.
Tracy further expanded their expertise in marketing and communications at Fusionfarm, where they served as the Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Communications Manager, and Lead Strategist. Tracy led various initiatives, including communication strategy for mergers and acquisitions, and spoke nationally and regionally on communications strategy for ESOP acquisitions.
Tracy then joined The Gazette | Cedar Rapids as the Manager of Brand Initiatives, overseeing brand marketing, digital marketing services, events, and niche publications. Tracy developed strategies for brand initiatives and diversified revenue.
Tracy'smost recent role is at Alliant Energy, where they serve as the Team Lead for Digital & Creative Strategy. In this position, they have been leading the team in developing and implementing digital and creative strategies.
